Join us for an All-Levels Yoga Flow! The class will feature a dynamic warm-up, a yoga flow, a cool down, & an extended rest with a guided meditation.
Mack Walker (they/them) is a trauma-informed yoga instructor who describes their approach to leading a yoga class as “a guided practice in embodied introspection.” Their approach to teaching lends them to offering several variations for every shape and they always ask for requests at the beginning of their class.
