Syntero is offering a free prevention workshop for students in grades 2nd to 5th over winter break at the Upper Arlington Tremont Library.
This workshop will help students build developmentally-appropriate skills for coping with stress and the “winter blues,” navigating changes in routine and expectations, and spending time with others. Students will practice these skills by participating in conversations and completing crafts such as snowmen stress balls or calming snow globes. While your student is having fun in this workshop, caregivers are welcome to join a Syntero clinician to talk through their own self-care strategies as well as ways to support students at home.
