Scientific studies have shown that meditation has many mental and physical benefits. In this session, participants will learn about the meditation practice called "yoga nidra" or "yogic sleep."
Join licensed counselor and wellness instructor to experience an ancient, guided practice called 'Yoga Nidra' during which you will be systematically guided through several relaxation techniques while resting motionless in a supine or seated position. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and/or bolster if you have them. Limited supplies will be available.
