Scientific studies have shown that meditation leads to numerous mental and physical benefits. In this session, participants will learn about several movement-based meditation techniques.
Join licensed counselor and wellness instructor, as we explore movement-based forms of meditation particularly helpful for persons experiencing marked difficulty sustaining attention; for those in need of mindful movement day-to-day; those who would benefit from added body awareness; and/or for persons experiencing particular difficulty with seated forms of meditation. Please wear loose fitting clothing & shoes that easily slip off for participation in accessible exercises.
