Join licensed counselor & wellness instructor, Brianna Schiavoni, to experience a gentle somatic movement practice - after which you will be systematically guided into a state of deep relaxation for rejuvenation while resting motionless in a supine or seated position. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow &/or bolster if you have them. Limited supplies will be available. This class is suitable for all levels of fitness & ability.
