Kick off the Labor Day weekend with live music and food in a festival atmosphere. Join us for performances by local artists Hebdo, Brett Burleson, and Dave Buker and the Historians.
Experience a slice of Columbus’ vibrant local music scene as we stay open late and transform the library into a concert venue! The line-up features 3 artists whose music is part of our streaming collection, Listen Columbus.
6:00pm Hebdo (Adventure Folk, Indie Rock)
7:00pm Brett Burleson (Jazz, Experimental, Modern)
8:00pm Dave Buker and the Historians (Americana)
And that's not all! Throughout the evening, we'll have henna tattooing, button-making, and a photo booth, plus food and refreshments will be available for purchase from Tortilla Food Truck. The main floor of the library will stay open, granting you access to explore the collection, venture into the children's area, discover hidden gems, and check out your favorite book. Just like a normal day at the library, but late, loud, and with live music!
Our knowledgeable staff specialize in Adult, Youth, Reference, Media, Computer, and Outreach Services to meet the diverse needs of our patrons.
