Art therapy can promote mental health and overall wellness, relieve stress, and increase a sense of playful enjoyment. This group session will provide a great evening of self-care and self-discovery.
In this 90-minute small group session, you will be guided by certified art therapist, Maggi Colwell, through several mindfulness exercises. These exercises use art materials to help calm the "monkey mind" of your thoughts and help you get in touch with your internal world through creative exploration. These exercises are perfect for the person who "can't meditate" or "can't draw a straight line" but is willing to get curious and try something new. No creative "talent" needed.
