Calling all crafty adults! Join our staff for an afternoon of crafting, chatting, and fun and leave with something you made.
This month we will be making a decoupage jar (similar to our pumpkin jars last October) and macrame holder for it. Decoupage, the art of decorating gluing paper to an object, can get messy so come dressed accordingly. We will decorate a glass jar with tissue paper and mod podge glue. Then our staff will show you a couple of knots for making your holder using macrame knotting techniques with cotton cord.
All tools and supplies will be provided, so come and craft with our staff for a couple of hours.
Note: This Crafternoon and the Crafter-day on March 28th are the same craft to allow for more attendees to get in on the crafting fun. Please only register for one.
Our knowledgeable staff specialize in Adult, Youth, Reference, Media, Computer, and Outreach Services to meet the diverse needs of our patrons.
