GreenSpot inspires, educates, recognizes and supports residents, businesses, and community groups that adopt green practices. We celebrate progress, not perfection! GreenSpot is a free group that provides a framework to think about sustainability and a way to log your successes. If you live in Columbus, Franklin County or surrounding areas, you are welcome to join our community of like-minded consumers.

GreenSpot is growing daily and has more than 30,000 current members across our social media channels and in our enewsletter group. Collectively we have saved more than $13.2 million through conservation practices suggested by GreenSpot, reduced CO₂ emissions by over 70 million pounds, reduced water consumption by more than 226 million gallons, and diverted over 37 million pounds of recyclable and compostable items from our forever landfill.
