Children, parents - even grandparents - are welcomed to join special guest, Brianna Schiavoni, a licensed children's counselor, yoga & movement arts instructor; for our second intergenerational yoga class. During this 60-minute class, caregivers will experience firsthand what it means to play yoga together, as a family. Participants will begin with a warm-up, followed by a playful practice that involves make-believe travel, animal asana, partner poses, music, games, & lots of laughter. Class will end with guided imagery & relaxation. The program is suitable for all body types tall & small. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing & to bring yoga mats to add to the circle if desired - no equipment is necessary. Best for children 5+ years in age.
