Meeting Room BJoin us to learn some basic stitches together, share works in progress, get help with problems, and drink tea.
We are going to start in March with some basic crochet stitches and work on making a dishcloth together to get some practice.
This will be a "bring your own supplies" club.
You'll need to bring:
- 1 skein of yarn - if you want to make a dishcloth, choose something absorbent (100% cotton); for face cloths, microfiber yarn works best.
- 1 crochet hook - size will be determined by the yarn you choose, but most cottons will be H, I or J. Look for the size of the hook on the back of the skein of yarn under the picture of the crochet hook.
If you have a different project you want to work on, feel free to bring it. We don't all have to work on the same thing. Have a friend who crochets? Invite them along!
Registration is NOT required, but it does help us get an idea of how many people to expect each month and it will get you into our system for monthly reminder emails.
