Join us for a sensory-friendly morning before the general public enters the library. This program is designed to meet the needs of young visitors who may feel overwhelmed by a typical library visit.

Join us for a sensory-friendly morning before the general public can enter the library. These mornings are designed to meet the needs of young visitors who may feel overwhelmed by a typical library visit and want to enjoy enjoy the youth department and play area in a less stimulating environment. 

During this program, participants can expect:

• Smaller crowds because there are limited spaces available
  
  
• Access to the play space, youth department, and restrooms
  
  
• Selection of books for one-on-one reading between a caregiver and child
  
  
• Limited number of sensory-stimulating toys in the Youth Activity Area

Registration is required to participate.
