Speaker Bio:
Sally Hackett, MSE, LPC, is a licensed professional counselor and the owner of GROW Modern Mental Wellness, a private practice located in Upper Arlington, Ohio. She offers a variety of mental wellness services, including individual and couples therapy, educational and wellness groups, and custom workshops. She also volunteers as a co-facilitator for a free support group for individuals with OCD through Mental Health America of Ohio. A 30-year resident of Upper Arlington, Sally has a diverse background that includes working in Fortune 500 companies, staying home to raise three children, returning to graduate school later in life, providing counseling in both college counseling centers and private practice settings, and starting a small business. She frequently works with clients who have encountered anxiety, depression, perfectionism, career concerns, and relationship challenges in marriages and families. Sally is honored to help others identify and utilize their strengths to overcome life’s inevitable challenges.
