Marcy Campbell is an award-winning author of picture books and middle-grade novels, which have earned praise from The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, School Library Review, The Horn Book, Kirkus Reviews, and many others. She lives in Ohio with her husband, two children, and multiple furry and feathered companions. Aimée Sicuro grew up in Ohio knowing she wanted to make things, though it took her many years to discover exactly how. Today, she is an award-winning author, illustrator, and designer whose work spans children's books, editorial illustration, and publishing.
We Used to Be Friends is a poignant and sensitively illustrated picture book captures the maelstrom of emotions that arise when a friendship has run its course. Illustrated with gentleness and warmth, this honest, moving text evokes an authentically childlike voice to help children master with hope and confidence the complex emotions that come from a changing relationship.
