This is a friendly, social group for people who love to knit, crochet, and give back to the community: we donate most of what we make! Don't know how to knit or crochet? No worries! We can teach you.
We are a warm, welcoming group of knitters and crocheters whose skills range from beginner to professional. We make hats, scarves and shawls for people in need, and in the process, we create community and friendship among ourselves. Each week you'll find us sharing yarn, patterns, tips, and techniques to make each item unique. We are always looking for new faces to join us! If you have a question, we have someone who can help. If you have never knit or crocheted before but have always wanted to learn, bring your yarn and needles or hook and we can teach you.
In 2023, we donated over 600 items.
In 2024, we donated over 800 items.
In 2025, our goal is to break 1000!
We hope to inspire anyone at any age to craft.
No registration is necessary, but it's recommended if you'd like to get email reminders and updates.
